Minisitiri Bagabe yashimye ibyo Ikijumba One Stop Shop ikora mu guteza imbere ibijumba cyane cyane uburyo babikoramo ibiribwa bitandukanye. Yijeje ubuyobozi bw’uyu mushinga ubufatanye mu gukomeza guteza imbere iki gihingwa.
