The Directorate of Corporate Services is responsible for carrying out analysis on complex resources management issues and initiatives that concern the Ministry, and prepare associated reports, correspondence, and submissions to senior management. Its key responsibilities include:
- Provide relevant information and support for the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Direct, manage, and develop the capacity of administrative staff to guarantee smooth business operations and the provision of accurate and timely information
- Carry out audit and inspection to assess risks associated with the sound management in the ministry
- Corporate services directorate is part of the executive team with the responsibility to oversee revenue from projects are used efficiently
- Advise to senior management on administrative matters such as staff management, financial planning, and physical asset management.
- Facilitating communication and training for service staff, as well as collaborating with the complex risk officers in ensuring compliance standards is upheld
- Responsible for ensuring that employees conform to the firm’s policies and procedures from an operations and service perspective, including labor and wage laws
- ensure that departmental goals align with organizational goals and help teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives
- Responsible for the supervision of support staff, including managing their training and development.
